Hopscotch is an international communications group with offices in 35 countries. With an enviable portfolio of blue-chip clients across multiple sectors, and ambitious global expansion plans, we are looking for a Global Client Solutions Lead who will work alongside the senior leadership team to develop the business both in the UK and internationally.
As Global Client Solutions Lead, you will grow the business and expand Hopscotch Group's presence in the UK market by targeting the Group's existing clients and acquiring new strategic accounts (both international and local), in coordination with the Group's business development teams and UK teams.
1 - Strategic Business Development:
- Develop and implement the market's business development plan in line with the group and local UK strategy;
- Define priority targets (sectors, accounts) based on local expertise and group priorities;
- Drive revenue growth within the group's existing client portfolio;
- Identify and acquire new strategic clients (major international accounts and local players);
2 - Prospecting and client acquisition
- Implement a multi-channel prospecting strategy tailored to the market;
- Develop and activate a network of local influencers and partners;
- Use traditional prospecting techniques (phone, trade shows, meetings) and digital techniques (social selling);
- Qualify sales opportunities and develop proposals in collaboration with the group teams;
- Negotiate and close sales contracts in accordance with current delegations of authority;
- Adapt the group's offering to the specific characteristics and needs of the local market;
3 - Representation and Visibility
- Represent the HOPSCOTCH Group in the market and build its local reputation;
- Organize and host visibility events (client breakfasts, webinars, conferences);
- Ensure the group's presence at key industry events (trade shows, industry gatherings, awards ceremonies);
- Collaborate with the Group Marketing and Communications Department to adapt sales materials to the local market;
- Develop and maintain a network of local influencers;
4 - Market Monitoring and Intelligence
- Conduct competitive and sector-specific market monitoring;
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats;
- Share market insights with the International Department and Group teams;
- Contribute to the evolution of the product offering based on identified needs;
5 - Management, Reporting, and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Update and validate the Group CRM (Pipedrive) on a daily basis;
- Provide structured bi-monthly reports to the International Management Team;
- Participate in cross-functional sales meetings and represent the market internally;
- Collaborate with the Group Business Development teams to maximize synergies with international clients;
- Coordinate account management with local and international Account Directors;
Profil
You will:
- Have 5-6 years experience in an experiential / communications agency and have a strong network of industry contacts across the UK;
- Have managed client accounts and budgets and have a deep understanding of the operational side of delivering exceptional experiential or communications work for clients;
- Have your ear to the ground when it comes to local UK market opportunities, movers and shakers;
- Have a proven ability to identify leads, pitch services, and close deals;
- Have the ability to align agency services with client marketing needs;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication for presentations, proposals, and client interaction;
- Be able to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines;
- Have the ability to interpret sales data, KPIs, and market research to inform decisions;
- Have a positive mindset, a proactive and target-driven attitude with a string drive to make a difference and develop strong revenue streams for the agency;
- Have the right to live and work in the UK.
Location: London (London Bridge office 3 days a week, remote working 2 days a week)
Type of Contract: Full time, permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
