Hopscotch Luxe is a communications agency that assists luxury brands in developing brand experiences and 360° communications strategies.
We are looking for a Luxury Events Project Manager Assistant to support the Project Manager and manage events projects.

Brand content, communications campaigns, event experiences and much more!

TARGETS //
Press & influencers / end customers / in-house / general public

SECTORS //
Fine jewellery - Watchmaking / Fashion / Cosmetics - Perfumes / ...

DAILY TASKS //
- Identify the in-house needs of the luxury goods department (monitoring of trends, sectors, new technologies and innovations)
- Helping to organise steering committees (agendas, minutes & presentations)
- Researching and selecting service providers and suppliers.
- Assisting with the development of creative proposals.
- Participating in the planning of events and the design and implementation of activities.
- Helping to organise the logistics of the event and coordinating the various organisers, service providers, suppliers and participants.
- Carrying out the administrative procedures associated with the event (formalities, authorisations, etc.).

Profil

CAREERS //
- Business schools / communication & marketing schools.
- End-of-studies internship only

ESSENTIAL //
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector.
- Initial professional experience in event project management.
- Pack Office
- Organisation, rigour, autonomy, dynamism, good interpersonal skills, curiosity, open-mindedness, artistic sensibility and initiative.

VALUED SKILLS //
- Knowledge of graphics
- Good summarising and writing skills.
- Constant monitoring of new technologies and digital.
