MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Senior Project Manager, you will: 
Support the team in the implementation of various B2B and B2C projects in ASEAN (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines). 
Participate in the planification and implementation of various actions through production, briefs writing, management of suppliers, follow-up of actions and reporting. 

Production 
• Manage assigned parts of projects 
• Coordinate the implementation of customer action plans and guarantee the quality of the result 
• Coordinate monitoring and identify 360 ° business trends and / or technical expertise, including digital 
• Follow-up on campaigns and prepare operational reporting 
• Management of Social network and content creation for several campaigns
• Supplier Research and Negotiation, and Comparative Proposal Development for POSM 

Budget Management 
• Look and propose for cost eƯective solutions for assigned part of the projects 
• Management and follow up of the budget &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFILE

TECHNICAL SKILLS 
• Strong skills in strategic marketing &amp; Communication 
• Knowledge of digital marketing &amp; shopper marketing 
• Good capacity in client / supplier negotiation 
• Ability to conduct multiple projects 
• Knowledge/Interest of the agro-food environment (including sectors and products)

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Project Manager Intern, you'll be an integral part of our digital team, helping us deliver exceptional results:

• Market Intelligence &amp; Analysis: Dive into market research, analyse trends, and contribute to strategic positioning studies.
• Project Briefs: Craft internal briefings to kick-start new projects with precision.
• Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to fuel innovative communication campaigns.
• Project Reporting: Prepare insightful post-campaign reports to showcase our success.
• Content Creation Support: Support with internal content creation for SNS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate communications/graphic design student who is ready to make an impact:
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Canva/Figma and Adobe Suite is desirable.
Basic knowledge of SNS (posting, scheduling, story creation ...). Experience or knowledge in design/content creation is desirable.
• Languages: Excellent English writing skills are a must. Knowledge of Japanese is desirable.
• Experience: Previous marketing internship experience is preferred but not required.
• Mandatory Internship Requirement: The internship must be a mandatory part of your academic program to qualify for a visa from Japanese immigration. Therefore, your school will need to provide a document confirming that the internship is a requirement for graduation, and your graduation date must be after the end of the internship. Before applying, make sure that the internship agreement provided by your school can cover the whole 6-month period of the internship.

What We Offer

• Compensation: JPY 100,000 per month
• Transportation: Daily commute covered up to JPY 10,000 per month

MISSIONS
Under the responsibility of the Country Manager, you will: 

As a Project Manager, you will serve as a lead for our most complex initiatives and a primary driver of operational delivery excellence. You are responsible for the end-to-end management of project lifecycles, driving efficiency within your portfolio, and leading high-stakes cross-functional teams. You will bridge the gap between high-level creative strategy and technical execution, ensuring all projects—from kickoff to delivery—are profitable and align with the agency's long-term operational goals.

Project Execution &amp; Scope Management:
•	Project Planning &amp; Pitch Support: Define detailed project plans, timelines, and operational workflows; provide technical scoping and feasibility inputs during the tender (RFI/RFP) process.
•	360° Campaign Execution: Coordinate the daily implementation of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all digital and traditional deliverables are met on time and to agency quality standards.
•	Vendor &amp; Resource Coordination: Manage day-to-day logistics, resource scheduling, and the onboarding/monitoring of third-party subcontractors and vendors.
•	Scope &amp; Client Communication: Act as the primary operational contact for daily project status, proactively flagging potential out-of-scope requests to the account team to safeguard agency margins.
•	Workflow Optimization: Utilize modern project management tools to streamline team collaboration, minimize delivery delays, and maximize production efficiency. 

Financial &amp; Budgetary Management
•	Cost Control: Track expenditures against the approved project budget; flag potential cost overruns early and propose adjustments to the account team.
•	Budget Monitoring: Maintain accurate tracking of online and offline campaign spends against the project's defined financial targets.
•	Reporting: Provide regular, detailed updates to the Senior PM or Account Lead regarding project milestones, timeline tracking, and budget burn rates.
•	Compliance Checking: Ensure all standard project documentation and vendor agreements strictly adhere to internal agency compliance standards.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
PROFILE 

TECHNICAL SKILLS 
•	Experience: 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
•	Event &amp; Campaign Execution: Proven track record running B2B and B2C events and 360° campaigns (ideally in the food &amp; beverage, agriculture, or lifestyle sectors).
•	Project &amp; Budget Control: Strong ability to multi-task, manage tight production timelines, and strictly track project budgets and vendor costs.
•	Operational Flow: Practical knowledge of digital marketing, supplier negotiation, and supporting the technical/scoping phase of tender procedures. 
PERSONAL SKILLS 
•	Problem-Solving &amp; Grit: A pragmatic, solution-oriented "can-do" attitude with strong resistance to pressure and tight deadlines.
•	Communication &amp; Collaboration: Excellent relational and analytical skills to bridge the gap smoothly between clients, creative teams, and vendors.
