MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Country Manager, you will:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a strategic lead for our most valued accounts and a primary driver of new business growth. You are responsible for the end-to-end management of business strategies, driving growth within your portfolio, and leading high-stakes competitive tenders. You will bridge the gap between high-level agency strategy and tactical execution, ensuring all projects—from pitch to delivery—are profitable and align with the client's long-term business goals.

Commercial & Strategic growth

- Strategic pitching: Manage the full lifecycle of the tender process, from the initial RFI/RFP (Request for Proposal) to the final presentation.
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement business strategies in alignment with agency hierarchy to achieve gross and net margin objectives.
- Portfolio Development: Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts and prospects, identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of customer contracts and service level agreements as appropriate.
- Client Representation: Act as the primary face of the agency, delivering high-level presentations and fostering executive-level client relationships.
- Innovation: Drive strategic thinking in collaboration with the project management team, encouraging the emergence of creative, "out-of-the-box" communication programs.

Production & Project excellence

- 360 ° Campaign Oversight: Coordinate the implementation of complex customer action plans, ensuring high-quality results across digital and traditional channels.
- Resource Management: Manage campaign organization, including the strategic selection and management of subcontractors and vendors as appropriate when needed.
- Trend Monitoring: Identify and integrate emerging 360 ° business trends and technical/digital expertise into client strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Continually monitor production workflows to optimize the balance between production costs and net margins.

Financial & Budgetary Management

- Profitability Control: Take full ownership of the net profitability of all campaigns; determine and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Budget Oversight: Supervise and control project budgets, ensuring strict tracking of online and offline campaign spends against fixed profit targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular, detailed reporting to the Agency Director regarding portfolio performance and budgetary health.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all projects and contracts strictly adhere to legal regulations and agency standards.

Profil

TECHNICAL SKILLS 

- 6+ years' experience as Project/Account Manager (preferably in Agencies)
- Strong skills in strategic marketing & communication 
- Proven experience in Events - B2B and consumers oriented (in agencies or in-house, food & drinks, lifestyle)
- Knowledge of digital marketing & shopper marketing 
- Good capacity in client / supplier negotiation 
- Business oriented with strong capability to identify new opportunities 
- Knowledge in tendering procedures 
- Expertise in management 
- Ability to conduct multiple projects 
- Knowledge of the agro-food environment (including sectors and products) 
- Budget management 
- Creativity techniques
